Senfeng is the exception to this rule. I've owned our SF3015G for about a year now. A few weeks ago I called them and spoke with Bin about a problem I was having with our laser machine. Not only was he super helpful but he sent out a tech named Young the fallowing day. I was super impressed with Bin and his customer service, but where it all went to the next level was my experience with the technician name Young. I now refer to Young as "Super Tech" here's why, he not only came out to our facility on a Saturday but was there until almost 10pm. Yes... 10pm on a Saturday who does that! Did not leave until our table was 100% up and running and spent about an hour training me on some features on the laser table that I was unfamiliar with. I can't say enough good things about Bin, Young, and Bonnie. Our main reason we went with Senfeng was that they had the ability to address a downtime issue in a 1-2 day period. They have techitions stateside as well as replacement equipment. Visited SenFeng Laser's LA location and did a demo of the 1.5kw handheld laser welder and the 1.5kw 3015G cnc. I'm incredibly impressed with the people there. Bin and Edmond where awesome. Answered the 1000 questions I had and let me run all the machines. First, the laser welder is awesome! I'm not a great welder by any stretch, but I was welding. 063 aluminum in just a few minutes and it came out great. The CNC 1500W machine for my needs is awesome. Was cutting my test files at 480 ipm, with rapids at 1400. Impressed to say the least. Ended up purchasing 2 SF3015G cnc's and 2 1500 watt laser welders. Delivery is in the next 2 weeks.
