50kW-power model can cut 100mm thick CS at most as a result of its tens of cutting techniques. Don’t worry about cutting speed because its max acceleration and no-load speed reach up to 2.8G and 200m/min respectively.

The whole machine is fully-protective and equipped with intelligent spiral negative-pressure dust removal system to open and close air vents automatically as required. With the help of the bottom U-shaped seals, smoke dust will be discharged in the way of time-shared, zoning and sections.

Double exchange platforms can lift up & down automatically and bear tons of weight one time. Thanks to its type of loading and unloading in syn with cutting, this machine helps to save workers’ waiting time and reduce labor costs.

The cutting head can monitor protective lens temperature and air pressure in real time, then, give alarm in case of any abnormality, so that it develops into a perfect embracer to high temperature, high pressure and high humidity.

The control system, based on EtherCAT bus, has simple structure but rich functions. It can deliver data fast and stably. In order to cut sheets of different types and thicknesses, this system is outfitted with content-rich cutting database.
