The seller should pay for the travel expense if local service needed within warranty time.

Warranty

The warranty of laser source is 2 years.
The warranty of the machine is 2 years（main spare parts）,except for the consumable parts such as ceramic ring, focus lens, nozzle etc. Warranty counts from the date marked on the label of the laser source and machine.
Except the damage artificially, seller is responsible for offering the fittings free of charge during the warranty period.

  So I'm like most people online. I usually only give out reviews when I've had a bad experience with someone. Senfeng is the exception to this rule. I've owned our SF3015G for about a year now. A few weeks ago I called them and spoke with Bin about a problem I was having with our laser machine. Not only was he super helpful but he sent out a tech named Young the fallowing day. I was super impressed with Bin and his customer service, but where it all went to the next level was my experience with the technician name Young. I now refer to Young as "Super Tech" here's why, he not only came out to our facility on a Saturday but was there until almost 10pm. Yes... 10pm on a Saturday who does that! Did not leave until our table was 100% up and running and spent about an hour training me on some features on the laser table that I was unfamiliar with.

I can't say enough good things about Bin, Young, and Bonnie. They are the bar that everyone in the industry should hold themselves to.

  We have been running a table/tube system for about 2 years now.  We have had good success given the difficult time when we started our company given shut downs.  Our main reason we went with Senfeng was that they had the ability to address a downtime issue in a 1-2 day period.  They have techitions stateside as well as replacement equipment.   **UPDATE** Just bought another machine for our TX location SenFeng is awesome!

Visited SenFeng Laser's LA location and did a demo of the 1.5kw handheld laser welder and the 1.5kw 3015G cnc.

I'm incredibly impressed with the people there. Bin and  Edmond where awesome. Answered the 1000 questions I had and let me run all the machines.

First, the laser welder is awesome! I'm not a great welder by any stretch, but I was welding. 063 aluminum in just a few minutes and it came out great.

The CNC 1500W machine for my needs is awesome. Was cutting my test files at 480 ipm, with rapids at 1400.

Impressed to say the least. Ended up purchasing 2 SF3015G cnc's and 2 1500 watt laser welders.
Delivery is in the next 2 weeks. I'll update how that goes.

  I don't write too many reviews, but I had to in this case to let people know how great this company was to deal with.  I was hesitant to purchase an over-seas machine at first however the price point they were able to offer for the quality of machine was unbeatable.  Their customer service has been really amazing - better than most any other company I have dealt with - they even have technicians available 24/7 to help with any problems, including simply diagnosing cut issues.  I am so happy that I decided to buy from them - very good quality machines at amazing prices and still offer excellent support!!

  The Senfeng support team is an extraordinary team and extremely helpful online. Mr. Hernan's performance and professionalism during his visit was excellent! He explained in detail, shared some if his knowledge & secrets to help me better understand the operational aspects of the machine!
