Equipment Unpacking and Initial Installation

The installation project began with unpacking the machine and carefully removing the equipment from its transportation frame.

After preparing the installation area, the engineer completed the foundation setup, installed the anchor plates, and secured the machine position with expansion bolts. The machine feet were installed, and the equipment was precisely positioned for further assembly.

The cutting platform support structure was then assembled, followed by the installation of the blade table and fire-resistant bricks. The updated platform structure design helped simplify the installation process and improve overall assembly efficiency.

The laser source was installed inside the air-conditioning cabinet, while the water chiller was positioned and connected. The cooling system was filled with coolant, pipelines were arranged, and cable routing was organized.

Additional work included side panel installation and preparation of the compressed air connection system.

Mechanical Assembly and Electrical Integration

The engineer continued with detailed machine assembly and adjustment work.

The slider components were installed and inspected to ensure smooth movement of the machine axes. Servo motors were mounted, and electrical wiring was arranged according to the machine system requirements.

The cutting head was installed and connected, followed by cable management and inspection of the motion system.

After completing the main mechanical and electrical installation, the engineer carried out a comprehensive check of the machine structure and prepared the equipment for commissioning.
