SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order has been placed and. finalized. The customer is responsible for the shipping of the machine to their location. However, Senfeng can help with the scheduling of the freight, if the customer wishes to.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days transit for delivery, as a reminder delays in transit can occur during extreme weather or during the holidays.

Shipping Methods-

 All machines will arrive at our seaports and deliver to our closest warehouse. Any machines that have been sold will be scheduled to be picked up from our warehouse and delivered via freight to customers’ locations.

Shipping Rates –

The customer is responsible for transportation costs from our warehouse to the customer’s destination according to the terms.

Shipment Tracking-

The process is relatively simple and well-organized. Once the machine has left our facility, your shipment will be assigned a delivery number. This is the tracking number for your shipment. We will contact you with the tracking information and the website where you will be able to monitor your shipment.

Damaged Shipments-

We carefully select our carriers based on safe and courteous delivery of your products at a reasonable price. However, occasionally damage may occur to a shipment. If the customer provides their own transportation, they will need to make a claim with their Freight company. When making a claim, the customer will need to take video and pictures of the machine on the truck, machine packaging, and machine after it has been downloaded into a safe area. They will also need to write down in the BOL (damage … etc.) We ask customers to notify us within 24 hours of any damage to the packaging and CNC machines.
