All machines can be shipped worldwide by sea, by air or by land. You are welcome to get a free quotation by filling up the form with name, email, detailed address, product and requirements, we will shortly contact you with the full information including the most suitable delivery method (fast, secure, discreet) and freight. Usually, we deliver the machine by ship, sometimes, as customer’s requirements, we can also deliver by air or by train. When the machine arrived at your sea port or destination, you can pick up with the bill of lading we offered. We can also arrange the cargo agent to send to your door.
Customer is responsible for transportation costs and customs fees, taxes and duties payable after entering the destination according to the terms of trade agreements.
The process is relatively simple and well organized. Once the machine has left our facility, your shipment will be assigned a delivery number. This is the tracking number for your shipment. We will contact you with the tracking information and the website where you will be able to monitor your shipment.
We carefully select our carriers based on the safe and courteous delivery of your products at a reasonable price. However, occasionally damage may occur to a shipment. While this is rare customers are asked to follow a simple procedure that will expedite the claim process (if needed).
